Step 1:  Please   read our Policies and Procedures.

Step 2:  Please   read our Camp Survival Kit.

Step 3:  Click Here to  Print, fill out and sign the parental consent form.   (Fort Bluff Health Form no longer required)

Once these forms are complete you may:

  • Scan and Email them to dixielandregistrar@gmail.com   OR

  • Mail them to Camp Registrar No later than May 25th, 2735 DAFFODIL LN. MASCOT TN 37806 (After 5/25 - please bring to camp)

  • EVERYONE MUST HAVE A PARENTAL CONSENT/MEDICAL FORM AND A COPY OF THEIR INSURANCE CARD AT OR BEFORE CHECK IN!

Once you have filled out all the required fields please click submit.  If your application does not appear to send, please double check all fields to make sure nothing is missing and try again.  You should get a Thank You Screen once your application has been submitted. 

Step 5:  Submit Payment

  • $100 NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.  (TO BE APPLIED TO BALANCE)

  • CAMP FEES ARE $445 per CAMPER

  • ALL BALANCE ARE DUE PAID IN FULL BY MAY 25TH. 

  • NSF FEES WILL BE PASSED ALONG FOR ANY RETURNED CHECKS.

Choice #1.  Pay By Check

Mail checks to:  (with camper's name on memo line or included on a note)

Choice #2.  PayPal

You can now send camp payments to DLC directly through paypal.

  • Click on the Paypal link below.

  • Log into your paypal account.

  • Click "send money".

  • Click "send money to family or friends".  PLEASE ONLY USE THE FAMILY AND FRIENDS OPTION TO AVOID ADDITIONAL FEES.

  • Enter the email address "dixielandregistrar@gmail.com".

  • Enter the amount you wish to send.  (You can send money as frequently or  as many times as you wish. i.e. the initial deposit one day and the balance later.  You can even send installments if you like after the initial deposit as long as balance is paid before 5/25).

  • Enter the camper's name in the note field.

  • Click continue & Send Money Now.

  • You can log back in at any time to send additional payments and balances.  Even send more than one clubber at at a time.

  • Don't have a PayPal account and want to use a credit card?  Paypal can walk you through that as well.  Or you can contact our camp registrar to pay via credit card over the phone. (A 3.5% charge will be added to phone transactions - SORRY WISH THE CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS WERE FREE)
